Using Open Layer
By using Open Layer, the Mac app or the website at openlayer.design, you agree to these terms. You need a Google account to sign in, and you’re responsible for what happens under it.
Your work
What you make with Open Layer is yours. You let us store, copy and process it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with.
Agents
Agents write and change code for you, and they can be wrong. Check their work before you rely on it or ship it.
Fair use
Don’t use Open Layer to break the law, harm others, get into systems you aren’t allowed in, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Other services
Open Layer works with GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply to how you use them.
No guarantees
Open Layer is new and provided as is. It may change, pause or have bugs, and features may come and go. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for lost data or work, from using it.
Leaving
You can stop using Open Layer at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and its date. Questions: jaytel@materic.inc.
